Overview
Optimum Align produces a first steering curve, a tangent, and a second steering curve to achieve the intended final inclination and azimuth or a two-target alignment.
Workflow
- Open Optimum Align and choose the solving mode.
- Specify dogleg severities and the required hold TVDs/tangent length as applicable.
- Define the final direction from targets or final inclination/azimuth.
- Calculate, then review both curves, tangent length, and final alignment in 3D.
