Overview
The Curve planner creates one constant-dogleg section from the current trajectory, useful for manual refinements without generating an entire multi-section profile.
Workflow
- Open Curve.
- Enter three of five parameters: MD, TVD, Inclination, Azimuth, and Dogleg Severity.
- Leave the remaining two parameters for the solver and choose Calculate.
- Confirm the endpoint and check DLS against your design constraints.
